Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Glam Group Aesthetics, we value our clients and strive to provide the highest quality of service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our cancellation and no-show policy below: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all spa service cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, please contact us directly by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-Show Policy A "no-show" is when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification. No-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee, as we’ve reserved this time specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations Last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a no-show and will also incur the 100% service fee charge. Late Arrivals Please aim to arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, depending on service time and availability, and may incur a partial or full service fee. Appointment Confirmations We send out reminders 48 hours before your appointment to allow time for any necessary rescheduling. If you do not confirm your appointment, it may be subject to cancellation in favor of clients on our waitlist. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us maintain a respectful environment for our clients and team. 'Text Upon Arrival' Policy: To streamline your visit, we're asking all our fabulous clients to send a quick text upon arriving at the studio. Simply let us know you're in the parking lot, and we'll inform you if we're ready for your appointment or need a few more moments. This approach will help maintain a serene and uninterrupted atmosphere in the lobby, ensuring everyone's experience at Glam Group is as seamless as yours.
