How does the membership work?Your membership gives you access to one premium skin treatment per month based on your selected tier. You’ll also enjoy exclusive perks like discounted add-ons, product savings, and VIP access to additional treatments.

What’s included in my membership?Each membership includes a monthly skin treatment from a curated selection of treatments, plus additional perks such as complimentary brow waxing, exclusive discounts on upgrades, and the ability to refer a friend at a discount.

Can I switch between membership levels?You can upgrade your membership at any time to access more advanced treatments and perks. However, downgrading is not allowed until after your 6-month commitment is completed.

What happens if I miss a month?We understand life gets busy! If you miss your facial one month, you can roll it over to the next month (up to 2 months max). However, unused facials will not accumulate beyond this limit.

How do I schedule my monthly facial?Booking is easy! Simply call us, book online, or visit us in person to schedule your monthly treatment. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Can I cancel my membership?After completing your 6-month commitment, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you wish to cancel before 6 months, an early termination fee may apply.

Can I share my membership?Memberships are non-transferable, but you can refer a friend and they’ll receive 25% off a facial of their choice (perks vary by tier).

Are there any hidden fees?Nope! There are no sign-up fees or hidden costs. You only pay your monthly membership fee, plus any optional add-ons you choose.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit card payments only for membership fees. All memberships are auto-charged monthly to your credit card for your convenience.
