Cancellation Policy

Our New No-Show Policy: To ensure that we can offer the best service and availability to all our clients, we're now requiring a partial deposit at the time of booking for most services (excluding lash fills). It's important to note that this deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Simply let us know you're in the parking lot, and we'll inform you if we're ready for your appointment or need a few more moments.
